05/20/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the owners house listed twice to check on the citation recieved. The ceritfied mail was returned. The first time no one home and the second time the owner was home and she signed the certified mail. She knew that she had court and has been out of town. She was going to meet with the tenant of the property to have the metal container removed due to cost to get the permit. The arrainment is 5-27-14 and will wait for the court date. Did go over that if the metal container is removed, that the hearing can be vacated. She will call if removed. RV.
