Met with the owner and she stated that her partner has a business of cabs and only has one on the property that is brought home. The other cabs go with the drivers of the vehicles where they live. If another cab is on the property is for repairs or dropped off from being repaired. The owner was told to meet with zoning at Planning and Development Services Department to check if they need a home occupation approval. The owner will need to explain what is being done on the property. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
