Received call from communication that T.F.D. on site with a building fire with electical. Arrived and the fire was in an electrical panel where the bar has melted and damaged the breakers. The fire was kept in the electrical panel area only. The drywall around the panel was damaged due to checking for fire. The tenants of the building were on site. The building does belong to Pima County Health Department and the maintenance man showed to the property and did a lock out on the exterior disconnect box on the exterior of the building. Did take pictures and the tenants signed the paper work. Did do over that the public needs to be kept out of the building but if they need something out of the building that they can go inside to get the items out. The fire was in the bathroom area and no other damage to the building. The lock out was done by the maintenance with the fuses pulled out. The tenants did lock the doors when completed. Not sure if the City will do the inspection or if Pima County do the inspection. Will check in 20 days. RV. |
