Received call the the tenant was working on the property welding. Arrived and no one was working on the property. Did talk to the tenant and he was working on welding and was working on repairing metal stands. He does not do this all the time, only to help people with welding. Did go over the home occupation if he wants to work on the property and he will check into it. Will check the property at another time if work is being. RV. |
