I responded to the Target store and spoke with the manager about the complaint. The manager indicated that the particular area on the east side of the property perimeter wall is a continuous victim of graffiti. She stated she would generate a work order for the facilities department and that the graffiti would most likely be removed tomorrow or the next day. |
