| 01/07/2014 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Lawyer Bob Swartz called me to tell me the sign face has been removed from the frame. He wants to know who has it. I told him it must have been removed by the USA Pawn folks because of the NOV I gave them. I will confirm its removal tomorrow. | |
| 12/31/2013 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | After conversations with manager of Hacienda Accents and their lawyer Bob Swartz. I am under the impression that they feel it is not their responsibility because it was erected & permited by USA Pawn. There also seems to be the matter of whose property the sign is actually located on. P+ site plan of USA Pawn shows a 2 foot space between the east wall of USA Pawn and the property line. The sign is located inches away from the east wall . Therefore it must be located on USA Pawns property. Today I hand delivered the NOV to Herb (manager) at USA Pawn shop. Asking them to remove the sign face in 10 days. |
