Visited site, met tenants, inspected, found as follows wall mounts heaters installed- will check for permits, repaired tile in bathroom,swamp cooler is turned off, they licensed pest control has sprayed unit for termites,, they have repaired water drainage from kitchen, contacted manager at 520-791-0915, explained to hjim that he needed to fepair remainder of the violations on unit, will give them till01-27-2014 |

Visited site, knocked on door ,no reply, called ad left message on phone,tenant called back, nothing has been done, called owners office, explained to staff that there is going to be a inspection fee and also a nov sent certified, next time will be a citation, called owner s number and left message to contact me |
