03/17/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited site and took more pictures. I will need to contact the owner. We have new piles from the old areas. There has been some progress. The stairs has no progress.
02/13/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with owner and Gerald G. we walked the property and discussed what needed to be done and the time frames. He will have untill 03/14/14 to finish removal of dead vegitation and trimming and refuse. At that time we will discuss case.
02/07/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visted site. 2ndf JMV has been removed and a dumpster in that place. Progress is being made. The rear fence is now secured and a second fence around the stairway up.
01/10/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Small JMV has been removed. Front is raked. West side of temp fence is still unsecured.
01/06/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited site. JMV (small truck) still in driveway, driveway items only moved to side yard not removed as discussed, trimming of trees not finished, loose debris not finished. Temp fencing is up, but not secured at both ends. Send refee.
12/30/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet owner with Gerald G, and Angel V. Progress is very slow. The ROW areas are being trimed, but still need to be raked up. No temp fence was installed in the back. The JMV truck is still in the driveway up on a block with flat tires. We gave the owner untilll next Monday the 6th to finish the ROW and remove the JMV. At this point it appeares that the owner is just repostioning the trash and debris from one area to another. Follow up on the 1/6/2014 at that time we hope to move to the next pahse.
12/16/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with owner and Gerald G. we walked the property and discussed what needed to be done and the time frames. He will have untill 12/30/13 to finish the front, side removal of dead vegitation and trimming. He will need to remove the JMV's. He will need to secure the stairway to the roof deck. A temp fence is OK. We will discuss Phase II on the 30th.
12/09/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited site with Gerald G. He will assist me with this project. Recieved a call from the owner and we will set up a meeting at the property to discuss the project.
11/26/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited site. The addressing is now visible. Trees have been trimed at streets edge. Piles of dead vegistation on the ground that need to be removed. The JMV's have not been moved. No other issues have been attended to.
