Visited site and took pictures. There is trash and debris through out the property. Vegetation is overgrown at the curb and ROW impeading access and visual of parking and stop signs. There is dead vegetation on the inner property.There are two JMV's. A small pick-up truck in the driveway and a fullsize truck and camper in the yard visible from the street. The rear side gate was open to allow access to determine occupancy. It appears that both structures are occupied not vacant. The is a stairway leading to a roof deck that is delapidated and unsafe to walk on at the rear unit. |
