She stated the Son was in the house, officer knocked on the door but no one would answer. Officer ended up knocking down the door and found no one was in the unit. Inspection found trash and refuse through out the unit. Notice to Vacate the unit was issued along with a NOV to clean up the storage on the outside and the trash and fefuse on the inside. Unit had one window boarded with a 1/2 sheet of plywood, use a hasp and City lock to secure the front door. | |
