The area in question is private property and designed as a natural vegetation buffer area as well as a stormwater drainage path between the two housing developments. Code enforcement officials are not permitted to trespass upon private property without the expressed permission of the individual property owners. Furthermore no code enforcement action will be taken with regard to vegetation growth in the buffer area. |
