At site with Angel V. We found cockroaches in the kitchen area. The unit was sprayed by Burn pest control approximately 2 weeks ago. The tenant keeps the unit clean. Spoke to the manager about the other tenants that share common walls. Recommended that all the units in that surrounding area be sprayed. Hand written NOV. F/U 30 days. |
