Unit lacks electrical service. TPD and TEP on site. TEP removed tampering mechinsm and capped meter. Meter is severerly damaged and shows signs of burning. Poles were connected with solid metal. Poles have melted and damaged interior of meter box. Unit posted and photos taken. |
