PARCEL SHOWED HE DID OWN MOST OF THAT AREA. THERE WERE TWO LARGE HOLES DUG IN THE YARD THAT EXPOSED THE FOOTINGS. FOOTINGS CONSISTED OF FENCE BLOCK MORTARED ON TOP OF EACH OTHER 36'' TALL THAT FORMED THE FOOTER. pICTURES WERE TAKEN AND SHOWN TO BOTH RICK S. AND mARTIN ROMERO. MARTIN MENTIONED HE WOULD LIKE TO TAKE PICTURES TO DSD MEETINGFOR COMMENT. MARTIN DID SHOW THE PICTURES TO RON BOOSE AND LEE RAY HANLEY. THEY BOTH STATED THEY THOUGHT IT WAS A LEGAL FOOTER AND WHETHER OR NOT THE WALL CLOSED OFF THE EASEMENT WAS A HOA PROBLEM/DETERMINATION AND POSSIBLE LEGAL MATTER NOT FOR THE CITY TO DETERMINE. NO VIOLATION CLOSE CASE. PICS IN SIRE !!!! |
