11/14/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met owner on site. He showed me an invoice dated 4 day prior to date on gas tag. Invoice showed that work was done to furnance. The observation I made were not consistent with the work stated. Owner had removed gas tag himself. I will contact SW Gas for a report on the tag.
