Research revealed that the house has recently sold and it appears the new owner is making repairs. A permit for electrical reco was pulled 09-18-13. The carport is not dilapidated or leaning in any manner whatsoever. It is was however built somewhere between 2005 and 2008 without a permit or inspections. Will send notice to new owner for the carport. |
