Arrived and all the units have cleared the site and the fire investigators were looking for the cause and not able to check due to the trusses have been burned and not holding with the anchors or the trusses have been burned. The garage had 2-vehicles parked in the garage and 1-truck parked in th driveway that also burned. The fire got into the attic of the main house and vent holes were cut in 4-different areas. The electric was removed at the meter and the transformer due to not sure of the walls will fall if the roof falls. The gas meter pinned and the water was turned off at the meter due to water line came apart near the water heater. The front door was kicked in and not able to secure the opening. The owner lives in Japan and in the Service Department. The doors to the garage area from the house was blocked off from the house and the front door. Did leave the sliding glass door opened due to the tenants request. Took pictures and did the postings on the front window and the front door. Will try and make contact with the property manager of Keller Williams. Called Bathcrest to have the doors boarded up and Biff Baker Fencing to have the garage area secured to block off the area due to the damage of the trussed and not allowing any one into the area unless notified to let them into the area by opening the lock. The roof has 4-vent holes that were used to ventilate the attic. The garage has a large hole where the fire burned the trusses and through the roof sheathing. The tenant was staying in a 5th wheel at another location that the tenant owned. Once secured, took pictures and called the tenant that we left the site. The tenant has made contact with the owner who is out of the country. RV. |
