Visited site, inspected, found as folllows, front and back ingres and egress doors need to be adjusted, evaportive cooler is leaking inside unit,floor in kitchen is deterroarated and casing a safety hazard to the tenant,vent above stove is non functioning,furnance is non operational, hall light in connection not working ,electrical for evaporitive cooler not up to code, in run in plastoc piping, will write notice of violation |
