Visited site, inspected, met tenant on site, inspected, found as follows, insect infestestation,(bed bugs),front and rear egress and ingress doors are out of adjustment and allowing exterior elements to enter the home- (wind, cold, heat, insects), no sceens on any of the windows and also do not operate properly close and lock, paint in hallway ceiling was textured and not painted,refrigerator leaks and does not operate properly, all electrical outlets are loose and does not allow the appliance connection to hold in socket, tile on front door is broken and poses a safety hazard,bath tub is plugged and does not allow to drain properly, bathroom vanity is plugged and does not allow proper drainage. |
