Manufactured home unit #16 severely damaged by fire; elec & gas cut per TFD; structure is unable to be occupied in its current condition. Park manager indicated that units are indiviudally owned; unit's owner was not available. Unit was posted with a Notice to Vacate; manager signed Order, Emergency Abatement notice, and Ideminifcation form. Park maintenance was contacted to secure structure; followup 9/24/13. |
