Did advise that I received no call to check and needs to be removed. When first on the property did meet with the owner of the business and the clerk and stated to send the N.O.V. to them and now are asking why not the owner being told. They gave the location of the owner and went and met with the the owner. The owner will have all the issues addressed from the graffiti, the metal container to the banners and the posters on the front of the building. The owner will check on the permit for the metal container. Will check in 10 days. RV.
