The building is vacant and secured. The building is not completed and still under construction. The buiilding has no graffiti and did find graffiti on the masonry wall for the property near the school. Did call the pastor and he will address the graffiti. The building has been kept up and being maintained for awhile. Has tall grass and weeds on the property. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
