No manager on site. Spoke with Andy and he stated that the tenant was in jail and he was to be in court Friday for an eviction. He will contact me on Monday. He said he had talked to Rick Saldate about his case. He said the hot water heater had been tampered with. He was going to do repairs after eviction. |
