Found RV parked along the sidewalk right of way with refuse and debris on the ground beside it. The RV was connected to electrical power through the use of an extension cord. Contacted property owner and explained the vehicle must be removed and the refuse/debris removed by 9-13-13. He indicated he understood and would comply by that date. Scheduled follow up for that date. |
