The carpet is still loose where pulled up to extract the water and to place the fans. The unit has not been cleaned up and the tenant has not been in the unit. The management is going to schedule the maintenance to check the unit on what needs to be done. Will do an N.O.V. Will check in 15 days. RV.
08/26/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved N.O.V. was made and taken to the management for signing. Did check if the tenant will be moved and they will call her to check on moving to another unit. Went over on the carpet issue and the smell of the unit and the humity still in the unit. The management will call if moved and the status of the repairs. Will check in 15 days. RV.

Did talk to the tenant and will wait until tomorrow to come back to the unit. The manager will call the tenant when she can come back to the unit. Will check on Monday on the condition of the unit.
