VISITED SITE, DID FIND A SILVER HONDA, NOT PARKED IN FRONT OF 4601 S ALMOND BUT MORE IN FRONT OF 4615 S ALMOND AND CAR WAS PARKED IN THE STREET. VEHICLE HAD CLOTHES IN THE REAR SEAT AND A BOX OF TRASH IN THE FRONT PASSENGERS SEAT. CAR WAS PROPERLY LICENSED, TIRES WERE AIRED UP AND BODY AND PAINT IN GOOD CONDITION. HCDD HAS NO JURISDICTION OVER THE VEHICLE. |
