Inspection found Work without permit (permit was issued but never was inspected or finaled.) Made storage area into two bedrooms added A/C to both bedroom and other areas on the westside of the house. Found electrical work was added to the back yard and patio where they added lights to both areas. Cooling is working but not pushing the airflow for the size of house. there are two units on the roof there have been two contractors out to look at the unit on the eastside witch is the one in question. The contractor states the condenser coils are crushed, the unit is 1 lbs low on freon and the filter are dirty. Filters have been replace. |
