A cistern 7' or under but not less than 5' on east side of building towards front is present; it doesn't exceed the allowable height of a wall. A "lean-to" has been attached to the east side of house with no setbacks from PL. Two additional cisterns are present in rear yard, one is same size as the front, the other is wider than 3.5'; both of these meet setback and screening requirements. Two unattached structures in rear yard including a parking ramada and shed do not meet setbacks from north and west PL. Ramada is over 200 sq. ft and also requires a permit. Owner will need DDO for reduced setbacks lean-to, shed, and ramada as well as a permit for the ramada. Accumulation of refuse in abutting alley. //Sire. |
