Was call out to this property by TPD for min. housing, tenant was transported to the hospital couldn't get signature for paperwork will be transferring this case to area inspector. I found that tenant had no water and lack of egress though-out the house. Also had bathcrest secure the front door and back sliding door. Notice will be posted and mailed. Follow up will be determined by area inspector. |
