12/11/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with inspector William N. and the owner and property maintenance manager. I spoke with the tenant about the sign permit and contacted the sign contractor about work progress. Electric boxes have been closed off.
11/20/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with inspector William N. and the owner and property maintenance manager. We went over the check list of what was left for each unit. We discussed the needs for licensed contractor to perform the work that was being done not code compliant. I reiterated that I should be giving a Civil Citation, but I would only charge another refee this time. I will re inspect in 15 days. If work is not in compliance at that time I will issue the Civil Citations.
10/29/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with the property manager on site to discuss what needs to be done to finish. I explained that they will need to obtain the services of licensed contractors for the plumbing and electrical due to the workmanship being done. I am extending this until Nov 15th. After that I will issue a Civil Citation. Electrical is not finished. I explained what needed to be done for the expired sign permit. The tenant stated that he went to PDSD. He also has paperwork from the sign contractor. He was sugested to contact that contractor.
10/07/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with property maintance manager. Discussed what was left to be done to finish. I will re inspect on 10-28-2013. Sugested that a licensed Electrical contractor be obtained. Sign permit still in expired status.
09/25/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Grass, weeds and graffitti have been abated. Spoke with owner about maintaining property. I will recheck all items on 30 day inspection of other items.
09/11/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with owner DinhThien Quy. His manager was also present. William Navarro was there to assist me. We walked the property to point out item that were started, but not compleated. Questions discussed about storage in yards, fences, and time frames to abate these items as well as the other items on the 30 day notices. Refees were discussed. Extend weeds, grass, trash & debris, and graffitti ten days from today to abate. Follow-up 10 days.
09/09/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited Site. Took pictures and note of conditions. Spoke with tenant about graffitti and signs. The pole banner and "A" frame signs were removed.
