03/10/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited site and spoke with Mr. Jarvis. William and I explained what needed to be done to finish. There are still piles of refuse and debris on the property. He is trying to claim it as storage. They do not appear to meet the requirements of storage. H stated that he cleaned 1/2 of the easement. The easement runs east to west. He cleaned the west ½. Not the south half of the entire area. The dead vegetation is from the trees trimmed on his property. There are old pallets, scattered gym equipment, piles of toys, and a new mini structure with a pile of stuff. The mattresses that we saw when we arrived were removed before we left. There was refuse to include, but not limited to soda cans, chip bags, and plastic items. I will return tomorrow in the morning before court at 2:30 pm.
