Site inspection; tenant has moved out. Inspected exterior at unit; found two added electrical circuits on west side of unit originating from main elec panel on south side; both circuits are not to adopted code and lack permits. One circuit appears to service an added A/C unit installed into exterior wall, conduit does not appear to be of proper type, and also requires permit. The other circuit goes directly into wall, has open jbox with exposed conductors, can't see grounding wires. Accumulation of refuse on property. |
