While checking the mobile home did check the other mobile homes on the park and found where the addition had been damaged. Something hit the roof and made a hole and was leaking water into the addition portion. This addition was added to the mobile home and appears to not be permitted. The room has fans, AC with heat for the room and electrical on the walls. The owners of the property had left the site and did a lock out on the pedistal for the electrical with a city lock due to the damage and not able to isolate the electrical turning off the room addition from the mobile home. Did a posting on the front window and posted the N.O.V. to vacate the property. Did have the phone number to the owner and not able to make contact and will wait for the call from the owner. RV. |
