Spoke with the property manager and advised her the trucks could no longer be parked there. Also advised her to remove the roll-off and get an updated approved site plan if they want to have a roll-off on site. She said she would speak to the truck drivers, and have the roll-off removed.

08/12/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Found one truck from Gary's Towing, and one truck from Big Dave's Towing in the parking lot. Called the owner of Big Dave's and explained he could not park/work from the residentially zoned property. He indicated he understood and would comply. Contacted Gary's with information as well. Schedule follow up for 8-16-13 in the AM for commercial vehicle parking. Schedule 5 day follow up for sign on right of way without permit.
08/09/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved 6:45 AM found one truck from Gary's Towing, and one truck from Big Dave's Towing in the parking lot. Spoke with the owner of Big Dave's and explained he could not park/work from the residentially zoned property. He indicated he understood and would comply.
