Visited site, met tenant on site, inspected, found as follows, electrical outlets in the bedroom, bathroom, hallway, missing globe in bedroom, are missing cover plates tile in bedroom is missing in several spots, sink basin is missing door, the base is deteriorated, the diverter valve handle is missing in the shower, wall damaged in the hallway, kitchen counter top is not sealed and allowing water penetration, draw face missing, arcadia door is not functioning properly and needs adjustment, no rails on stairs, gas line is disconnected and pinned closed due to a leak in the main gas line, talked to owner and explained what needed to be done to bring unit into compliance, will write notice of violation |
