There were several piles of animal excrement on the patio of apartment 192 and it reeked of urine. I knocked on the door and a dog began barking however nobody answered. I went to the leasing office and spoke with the manager regarding the problem. I explained I would be sending an NOV and asked in the management would address the issue with the tenant as well. |
