03/13/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The mother has passed away and now the house belongs to the Son, spoke to the Son and he already has one beam to replace the one in the front and is working on getting a second beam. Has removed some of the storage and is getting a storage container to place the rest of the items in the Carport in there. I explained to him he would need a permit to replace the beams and to replace the plywood on the carport. Will check back in 30 Days to see how far they have got.

10/22/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Have talked to Tracy and I explained to her that the family cannot do anything at this time, she said to hold on to the case for 6 months and check back and see what has been done.
09/04/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Had inspector Goodman and Vidal look at the carport and they state it is in need of repair or be rebuilt. The Carport at this time does not look to have crack in any of the support beams or raffters. They do have some make shift support beams that are holding the load. Have talked to Scott at CHRPA and they are going to take a look at the property and see what they can do.
09/03/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved They have done some work to the property, have talked to supervisor about the owner being sick and in the last stage of cancer, Son is unable to work because of illness and the rest of the family is living there as well. Will have Inspector Goodman go out with me to look at the carport to give the owner ideas what can be done.
