At site, second floor water heater leak in unit #2155. Water ran down into unit #1155. Issued hand written NOV, permit required for new water heater. Electrical outlet and switch box near mechanical room in unit #1155 damp. I issued a vacate notice until unit drys out. Restoration crew on site cleaning up water on secnd floor. |
