Visited the property today. These are Condo's and individually owned. There was nobody at the specific address at the time I was at the property. I was able to contact owner by phone and he explained he had done some minor refurbishing, none of which would require a building permit. I asked the owner for permission to inspect and confirm or dispell the complainants allegations however he declined. |
