Visited site, inspected, found as follows, no gas main line gas cock, no gas cock for the water heater, no shut off valve for the cold water line to hot water heater, no proper venting tube, grass and weeds are growing in the combustion cahamber, TPT valve extension not vented to outside, water line connection has no flex line is adapted with a hose bib for washine machine, no rails on the stairway, has a addition of a porch and is not to code, beams are over spanned, deterriorated, bhroken windows, trash and debris in the rear of property , sewer line has no clean out and not paited to protect from uv protection, took pictures, will write notice of violation |
