Visited site, inspected, found handicapp ramp is not to code-incline is not on a one to one ratio, has a ingress/egress door that has no stairs or rails, no shut off for gas valve, sewer line as no clean out, no uv protection on sewer line, electrical service panel open knockouts and allowing exterior elements to enter panel, life line to unit is not proper connection- not rated for use, main line water shut off valve is missing hande and has hose bib for connection to unit(no flex line) |
