Did request that I check the chiller working and if some units can be checked to check the tempratures that were not occupied. Checked unit # F-119 the air out of the vent at 72 degrees and the return at 82 degrees. Checked unit # F-110 a show model for the complex and the air out of the vent at 72 degrees and the return at 75 degrees. Checked unit # D-260 and the air out of the vent at 63 degrees and the return at 70 degrees. Went to the chiller and the pumps were at 52 degrees on the exterior for the supply side. Assisted on the inspection was Angel Vindiola. Will let the area inspector know of the results. |
