Advised tenant that I would address problem with manager, I spoke to manager and Tec. from Tyron AC and Heating repair, He said chiller is working but it's not blowing to cold is working on the problem, he advised it will take a few days to repair but is working on it. Advised manager I will be issuing notice to have chiller repaired so that it's working properly. 5 days to comply |
