Found cooler to be rusted and has calcium type deposits partially blocking intake louvers. Pads appeared older. Water flow not uniform allowing "hot spots" to mix with the cooler air. Called the property owner back. He will replace the unit in the next couple of days. Follow up on 7-8-13. |
