Excessive accumulation of refuse in front, side, and rear yards. Refuse includes garbage, scattered debris, wood, plastic, old pool, etc. Storage present in front yard and exceeds allowable amount of 25% of lot area. Accumulation of vegetation over 6", primarily in side and rear yards, alley. Storage of van in front yard and trailer in side yard not allowable. Van can be seen in aerials from 2005 and trailer from 2010. Both also are JMVs. Overgrown vegetation over front abutting sidewalk. (oleander).
