Was called out to this unit for a waterleak down stair's, TPD was also on property, looks like the unit up stair's was running the water 24hr's, for whatever reason but was advised to stop. A small section of sheetrock in the restroom had falling. (about 4" x 4" ) not a emergency at this time will have area inspector contact manager about repair's down stair's and tenant up stair's. unit # 203 |
