Received a call that the tenants are getting water from the neighbors. Arrived and the tenants have no water and not sure when they can make a payment. Did check the house and was clean for not having water for about a week. The was no smoke detectors, had holes in the walls and the doors not sealed for weatherization. Did call the owner to site to let her know that the tenants can not stay in the unit. While waiting for the owner the tenants did state that they will be moving out of the unit and already have a place to stay. Did let the owner know and she signed the paper work for the tenants not being allowed to stay in the unit. Did go over other issues on the unit and they will be addressed before re-occupied. Did a posting of D Not Enter on the front window. Will check in 30 days or when the owner calls it's ready. RV. |
