03/28/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and secured. There is work being done on the interior of the house with new electrical being added for light switches for lighting and fans. Has new drywall being added through out the house. Where the damage for the car through building has been repaired with enclosing the door opening to the added room. The kitchen is being re-done and getting new counter tops with ceramic tile. There is other work being done and not able to gain entry into the house. Did a posting of a "Stop Work Order" on the front window to have the person doing the work to call me. Did take pictures through the windows where opened. Will wait for the call. RV.
01/22/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house appears to be vacant and secured. Has locks on all the doors from the outside not using the door locks. Has a lock box on the rear door. Found signs on the house at different location that the house is occupied. No work has been done where the damage was done. Found no paper work where the house has gone into forclosure. Will check in 60 days. RV.
09/30/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the mother of the owner and the owner is in jail. The house is the process of going into foreclosure and the mother is looking for another place to stay. The area is where affected by the car thru building is still secured. Did take some pictures. Will check in 90 days. RV.
