06/20/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Received a call from Martin Lopez that T.P.D. on site with a car thru building. Arrived and T.P.D. has an arresty from the property and a truck has gone thru the wood frame wall. The wall was part an addition to the main house and was to living room where a bedroom was on the other side of another partition. The bedroom area was OK but the living room was damaged enouigh that it will need to be blocked. The owner was trying to block the opening made and than gave permission to have the opening secured. Did call Bathcrest to have the opening secured. Had the front 3'-door area secured approx. 10' x 8'. Where the bedroom was located, had the opening to the living room area blocked off and only had access to the bedroom and to the main house thru a door opening where the kitchen was located. The was a fight in the kitchen area where the rear door was kicked in and all the cabinets doors were pulled out and on the floor. Did remove the power to the living room area with the breaker and able to leave the power to the bedroom on. Will require a permit for the repairs to the wall and was not load bearing. The 4030 XO window was brokened and will need to be replaced with new. Will check in 60 days. RV.
