06/23/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Was called to the property by communication that T.P.D. on site with a condo without electrical and someone living in the unit. Arrived and T.P.D. had told the people in the unit that they will not be able to stay in the unit and that the City of Tucson Code Enforcement was on the way to have the unit condemned. The tenants choose to leave and were gone by the time I had arrived. The property has been broken into several times by the tenants and have been told to leave the site for lacking electrical to the unit by the Homeowners Association. The power has been removed for lacking payment and has been removed for several months. Did the postings on the front and rear of the unit and all the openings screwed shut. Called Bathcrest to have the property secured. Some windows were not able to secure and were able to open to gain entry into the unit. The unit had a front light that still had power from the common area and had placed an extension cord to the light and into the unit for some lighting inside the unit. That was removed. Did a posting to vacate the unit but did not know who owns the property. Will do N.O.V. RV.
